The People Behind Your Growth
Meet the dedicated professionals who bring decades of combined experience in mindfulness, psychology, and personal development to guide your transformation journey.
Evelina Whitmore
Mindfulness Specialist & Program Director
Evelina discovered mindfulness during her own challenging period in 2018. After experiencing burnout from a demanding corporate career, she spent two years studying various meditation traditions and their practical applications in modern life.
She completed her certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2020, followed by advanced training in contemplative psychology. What sets Evelina apart is her ability to make ancient practices accessible to busy professionals.
Her approach combines traditional mindfulness techniques with practical strategies for daily life. She's particularly skilled at helping people establish sustainable meditation routines that actually stick. Many participants appreciate her honest, no-nonsense style — she readily admits that some days meditation feels impossible, and that's perfectly normal.
Our Foundation
We believe personal growth happens through consistent, gentle practice rather than dramatic overnight changes. Our approach is rooted in evidence-based methods that respect both ancient wisdom and modern psychological research.
Practical Focus
Real techniques for real life, not abstract concepts you can't actually use.
Human Connection
Personal guidance that acknowledges your unique challenges and circumstances.
Balanced Approach
Honest about what works and what doesn't, without unrealistic promises.
How We Started
Fantiago Perimodo began when Evelina and Cordelia realized how many people were struggling with stress and feeling disconnected from themselves. Both had experienced their own difficult periods and found different paths to recovery.
Instead of creating another wellness platform with grand promises, they wanted to offer something more honest. Their programs acknowledge that personal growth is messy, non-linear, and deeply personal. Some weeks you'll feel motivated, others you'll barely manage the basics — and both are part of the process.
- 2023 Cordelia joined after completing her research on behavioral change patterns
- 2024 Launched our first group programs focusing on sustainable daily practices
- 2025 Expanding our offerings while maintaining the personal touch that makes us different
Cordelia Bramwell
Behavioral Psychology Expert
Cordelia brings a research background to our team, having spent five years studying why some people successfully maintain new habits while others struggle. Her master's thesis focused on the gap between intention and action — something most of us know all too well.
What makes Cordelia valuable is her ability to translate psychological research into practical steps. She understands the science behind behavior change but explains it in ways that actually help people make progress. Her specialty is helping people work with their natural tendencies rather than fighting against them.
